The Quake Champions new character is Anarki. He's a returning face from Quake III Arena. He has a hoverboard, which is figured in to his mechanics, making him one of the more mobile characters on the roster.
Anarki has an active ability called Health Injection, which let him self-heal. He also has a passive ability called Hoverboard Air Control, which boosts his strafe-jump speed and also lets him turn more sharply in mid-air than the other champions.
